To do this, you begin by placing your hand on your abdomen and inhale slowly through your nose. Make sure that the hand on your abdomen moves as you breathe it. You should then hold your breath for a few seconds, and then exhale through your mouth slowly. Repeat the process until you feel relaxed.
Stress is a fact of life, but being stressed out is not. Being highly stressed out most of the time lessens the quality of your life and makes you more vulnerable to colds, flu, and a host of chronic or life-threatening medical conditions.
